- UpNet engages SGI’s CEO Joseph Barisonzi as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. UpNet CEO Jennifer Amys found the combination of sales and marketing expertise, emerging technologies expertise and “where the rubber hits the road” passion. UpNet has developed real-time event-based data exchange between disparate systems. With application in EDI, M&A, and system integration, UpNet is positioned to achieve explosive growth with the proper sales and marketing infrastructure. SGI will be facilitating the development of a sales infrastructure including direct enterprise sales, a VAR network, and strategic business development partnerships. In addition the SGI team will slowly adapt UpNet’s marketing to fit the new sales efforts.

Corporation engages SGI to launch the Early Adopter Marketing
and Sales
Initiative
for their
DeltaCabinetSM. The DeltaCabinetSM enables
manufacturing and engineering companies to better share, store,
retrieve and manage mission-critical documents. It is a secure,
easy-to-use "digital filing cabinet" that can be shared
among members of a team within a company or with external suppliers
and customers.

- SGI secures new and promising client based in San Jose, California,
PushMX Software. SGI will be handling the marketing and
print communications for the small technology software firm including
creating and coordinating direct mail campaigns and developing
more business opportunities within the mortgage industry. Wednesday,

- After working together for over 6 years, SGI purchases the assets
of CommunityLeader, Inc. and hires Joseph Barisonzi (former CEO
of CommunityLeader) as Principal/CEO of SGI. Scott Bachman continues
to manage the day-to-day operations as Principal/CFO of SGI. Their
combined management and marketing experience only maximizes the
opportunities in both business development and community building.
